You should be aware that some activities and excursions sell out quickly due to limited capacity and high demand. It also depends on the time of year you travel to Gran Canaria, as some months are much busier than others. We recommend that you book the activity as early as possible, even from home or hotel.

When you make your reservation correctly, during the day you will receive a confirmation in your email. The email will confirm the date of the activity and the pick-up time, as well as confirmation of the payment received.

For all activities it is sufficient to show the email confirmation on the mobile or tablet.

For activities such as quads, buggies and jeeps a proof of age is required as well as a driving licence (card, not paper driving licence). Therefore, please bring both documents with you for these activities.

Reservations for activities are non-refundable.
If a trip or activity is cancelled, we will try to rebook for the next available date.
